Doug Brown to lead AECOM’s Water Treatment practice in the Americas

Doug Brown has joined AECOM, a leading providor of professional technical and management support services for government and commercial clients around the world, as principle water technology leader of its Water Treatment practice within its water business in the Americas.

Doug Brown has joined AECOM, a leading providor of professional technical and management support services for government and commercial clients around the world, as principle water technology leader of its Water Treatment practice within its water business in the Americas.

In his role, Brown will coordinate, lead and prioritize major pursuit strategies for drinking water treatment projects and assist in shaping the direction of the firm’s Water Treatment practice. Additionally, he will provide technical support to studies and the design of selected drinking water treatment projects.

Brown has 30 years of experience in all aspects of water treatment, specializing in desalination and membrane technologies that are included in some of the first large-scale microfiltration and brackish water reverse osmosis systems in the western United States.
