Leading provider of Retail Security Cases and Retail Display Systems, recently completed a management-led buyout of the previously owned worldwide Pro.Loc Security Systems Group of companies.

London, UK, and Sydney, Australia (PRWEB) November 14, 2003 -- Pro.Loc International (Pro.Loc), a leading provider of Retail Security Cases and Retail Display Systems, recently completed a management-led buyout of the previously owned worldwide Pro.Loc Security Systems Group of companies. Pro.Loc also purchased its own manufacturing capabilities in Australia.

Pro.Loc has maintained its UK Corporate Headquarters, in Windsor, Berkshire. In addition, the company has set up a new Australian Headquarters to service the Asia Pacific region. Pro.Loc has a new company in the USA, from where it will drive expansion into North America. The company will also continue to maintain its subsidiary company in Germany, serving the European Community, alongside its extensive network of Associate Companies worldwide.

In separate announcements soon-to-be made Pro.Loc will announce it has formed a key strategic alliance with Llexan International covering Australia and the Asia Pacific region. Llexan is well known for its unique Retail Security product range, which is both complimentary and synergistic with Pro.Locs portfolio. Llexans role as a partner will be to supply and support the regions key retailers.
