He has held senior level positions at PromoWorks, a leading in-store marketing services firm; Eventive Marketing, an experiential marketing agency and part of the Omnicom Group; FrontLine Marketing & CBS Outernet, a company specializing in in-store media; Iconoculture, part of the consumer facing research industry; and Crossmark, one of the country's largest professional business services firms. He holds undergraduate degrees in Retail Merchandising & Management and in Marketing.

Gerry lives in Middletown, NJ with his wife Karen and their three children.
