(PRWEB) April 30, 2008 -- Reefer Poker (http://www.reeferpoker.com), the first and only online poker site targeted at creating a community for marijuana enthusiasts, is hosting a poker scavenger hunt for the entire month of May. From May 1 to May 31, Reefer Poker is highlighting a diverse set of poker tasks for its players, all of which are to be rewarded with cash and tournament coupons. The tasks are as easy as winning a 10 handed Sit N' Go to as wacky as winning a pot at showdown on a Bad Beat table.
"Poker is inherently about having fun," said Dave Ishere, Poker Room Manager of Reefer Poker. "We're promoting a way that poker players can get paid to have more fun at the tables. Once they've earned their bonus cash for winning a showdown at a Bad Beat Table, they can move on to their goal of racking up more player points. We'll reward each task with cash."
Reefer Poker has made a list of ten different tasks, with prizes ranging from $10 to $1,000 for each task completed. "Reefer Poker has a ton of different features and games," Ishere adds. "This is a great way to get people to try all our games, and see what we have to offer. Online poker is evolving for the better, and we're proud to be at the forefront of this movement."
Reefer Poker is becoming famous for its innovative freerolls and promotions. In the last couple months it has given away vaporizers to its Facebook and MySpace fans, and planted trees in a Brazilian Rainforest to honor participants in an Earth Day Tournament.
"Reefer enthusiasts are good poker players, but they are also happy to have fun, be good citizens, and have a good laugh," Ishere says with a smile.
