First Miss Indoor Tanning Contest Set at Banbu Restaurant Baywalk St. Pete - A Benefit for Academy Prep School of St. Petersburg

The first annual Miss Indoor Tanning Contest benefiting the Academy Prep School in St. Petersburg, FL. is set to be held this Friday, May 2 at the Banbu Restaurant and Nightclub at BayWalk, with prizes and gifts galore.

First annual Miss Indoor Tanning contest, benefiting the Academy Prep School in St. Pete, is being held on this Friday, May 2 at the Banbu Restaurant and nightclub in BayWalk. With a cavalcade of prizes and gifts, this "little white dress" contest will become the areas premier benefit contest and is sponsored by the areas most charitable focused businesses.

Lead by Devoted Creation Lotions Company, with such tanning salons as North Shore Tanning as a premiere participant for the contest, the Miss Indoor Tanning contest will certainly generate the needed attention to one of the areas most sincere and beloved schools- the Academy Prep School in St. Petersburg.

With great food and fantastic atmosphere at the Banbu Restaurant, this Friday's event will add a sense of accomplishment for all those who participate, not to mention a chance to win such great prizes as a professional photo shoot with noted photographer Jamie Jackson, gift bags from the Devoted Creations Company filled with various lotions and body products, as well as travel certificates. The prizes are not just for the contestant as free tanning cards will be passed out with samples of lotions all night long. Besides the party goers and hopeful contestants in attendance Tampa's top radio station WFLZ 93.3 FM will be there supplying great music playing as well as hosting duties.

Spectators will help decide the winner of this first annual beauty contest benefit, half of the cover from Banbu restaurant - night club will be contributed to the Academy Prep School in St. Pete, including all voting dollars contributed during the contest, will be donated to the school. North Shore Tanning and other local salons will be participating in the contest and charity Friday night. Proud to be a Titled Participant for the event, North Shore Tanning will also have two of their regular customers volunteering to participate in the contest. A current fitness and Hawaiian Tropics model and a local model - who frequently travels between New York, Atlanta and Miami- but remains a local fixture, on stage the night is sure to be filled with beautiful woman competing for great prizes and enjoying a chance to help a great cause.

As more attention continues to generate around the Academy Prep School in St. Pete and its ability to provide such deserving Tampa Bay area youth the chance at a great opportunity otherwise not available, an event like this is sure to become a staple in Tampa's yearly schedule.
