FCA Great Sports Sutton Coldfield Rugby Football Club (SCRFC) kicked off its 2008 Ireland tour by securing much needed sponsorship from Foster Care Associates (FCA) Midland region. (PRWEB) May 2, 2008 -- Sutton Coldfield Rugby Football Club (SCRFC) kicked off its 2008 Ireland tour by securing much needed sponsorship from Foster Care Associates (FCA) Midland region.
Sporting the distinct FCA emblazoned strip, the first XI team toured Ireland throughout March this year, taking part in a series of matches with fellow rugby enthusiasts.
"It is thanks to organisations like FCA that the Club can continue to provide well-equipped facilities and opportunities for its members. Following the Six Nations cup, our lads have been especially motivated and have enjoyed some terrific rugby with teams from across the water," said Mick Venencia, manager at SCRFC.
FCA midland regional assistant director, Marie Seeley commented: "As FCA continues to play an active role in the local community we are proud to sponsor the Sutton Coldfield rugby squad.
"We wish the team the best of luck in the future and hope that our new partnership will help raise the profile of FCA and fostering in general."
