Vialogix, a Charlotte-based Web design firm, recently completed development of a new Web site for Levine Museum of the New South.

"After reopening to the public in October 2001, we realized a strong web presence would be critical in engaging potential visitors and encouraging them to visit," said Emily Zimmern, Executive Director of Levine Museum of the New South. We had many goals, but a primary focus for us was to provide a web site that meets our visitors needs. We chose Vialogix because of their quick grasp of our requirements and their emphasis on developing web sites with the visitor experience in mind. Also, with changing exhibits and program offerings, our staff needed to be able to update and maintain the content easily. We are so pleased that all of our objectives were met. And since the site has launched, weve received overwhelmingly positive feedback from members and visitors."

"We worked with the museum staff to create a website that showcases exhibits and events, and conveys the significance of the content," said Rob Norris, Vialogix president. "The redesigned site serves their many audiences, from current museum members to people planning a visit to the Charlotte area, as well as potential donors and corporate sponsors. Ultimately, the website should help the Levine Museum of the New South drive visitor traffic and offer better customer service by reducing incoming telephone calls for directions, hours or event news."

Vialogix developed the complete information architecture, creative design, content management capability and all templates for the Web site.
