Domain-it! today announced the acquisition of DomainMart's domain name services division, including all domain name registration, email, and web site hosting services. The agreement notably expands the customer base of Domain-it!, a rapidly growing service provider. Under the terms of the agreement, Domain-it! will acquire and manage all clients and associated domain name services, while DomainMart will become a reseller of Domain-it! services.

For Domain-it!, the acquisition is a natural progression for their ever-expanding domain name, email and web hosting service.
