December 2, 2003, Fairfax County Victims Speak Out Victims Make Public Apology to Fairfax County (PRWEB) December 2 2003--The victims, currently remaining anonymous, that have alleged harassment inflicted by Fairfax County Circuit Court employee, Connie J Hawkins, have been informed by legal representation and Government Agencies the evidence presented indicates Fairfax County properly investigated all the complaints the victims alleged. Although the findings of the investigation and repercussions Ms. Hawkins possibly faced have remained confidential, the victims and their attorney's are publicly stating they have no plans to pursue the County for any wrong doing or damages. At present the victims still insist Ms. Hawkins is continuing to allegedly harass and her conduct is unbecoming a Fairfax County employee however, the victims are not planning to hold the County responsible for Ms. Hawkins alleged actions. It has been stated the victims alleged harassment, since the complaint, is not continuing to occur while Ms. Hawkins is at work.
The attorneys representing this matter released a joint statement confirming the victims are still scheduled to release their identities in early January as previously noted.
The victims are offering a public apology to Circuit Court Clerk - John Frey, Asst. Director, Human Resources - Susan Woodruff, the entire Fairfax County Government and Officials.
Fairfax County Government Officials were unable to be reached for further verification or comment. ###
