'BNI Bikers Unite Ride for Charity'--Largest Worldwide Networking Organization Helps Fight Cancer

BNI, the world's largest networking organization, is calling all bikers to unite against cancer--ride, network, and save a life! Everyone is invited to participate and donate!

Upland, CA (PRWEB) May 15, 2008 -- With over 100,000 diverse members across the globe and a philosophy of "givers gain," BNI has always had a commitment to being a socially responsible organization which feels it is extremely important to give back. BNI Executive Director Sam Schwartz says, "Cancer is a disease that doesn't discriminate against race, age, or sex which we have all unfortunately been touched by in one way or another, directly or indirectly; so helping cancer research and survivors is an important cause which everyone can get behind."

BNI is urging anybody and everybody to participate in the fight against cancer by participating in the "BNI Bikers Unite Ride for Charity." Set to take place from June 27 to July 7, "BNI Bikers Unite" is a United States cross-country ride from Northern Virginia to the BNI Headquarters in Southern California. The ride will raise money for the American Cancer Society through the BNI-Misner Charitable Foundation.

You don't have to be a biker to contribute. Volunteers, riders, sponsors and donations are needed in each state (Virginia, Ohio, Missouri, Kansas, Colorado, New Mexico, Arizona, and California). There will also be a celebratory luncheon on July 7 at the BNI Headquarters which is open for anybody to join in on with a minimum donation of $15.00 per person. Space is limited for the luncheon, so please R.S.V.P. to Lonie Misner (lonie @ bni.com or 909-608-7575) as soon as possible.

If you are interested in participating in the BNI Bikers Unite Ride for Charity, or if you'd like to be involved in any way, please contact: Janet Haley-Varre at BikersUnite @ BNInova.com or 703-378-2519.
