The show will now run from the new Exhibition centre at Excel, Docklands. The show runs from Thursday 8th to Sunday 18th of January 2004 (including late nights till 10pm). Our stand number will be A1231 located in the North Hall.
We are extending our existing product range of nautical items, maritime prints, and ship models, to include a wide variety of original oil paintings (Henderson Cisz, Wilfred, Karen Smith etc) as well as new prints from Holland and Greece.
Our prices remain the most competitive in the market without compromising on service and quality. We look forward to a very successful show, and meeting with our repeat and new customers at Excel.
BBC Order We are pleased to announce that we have completed two models of 2.5 meters (7 feet in length and height) for the BBC, to feature in a new TV programme entitled Our Ancestors". The programme is due to be shown on the BBC in February 2004, and will include one of the models sadly being blown up! The BBC was very happy with the quality of the models (as well as the service and price), and has hinted at some more orders in the new year. Both models were constructed and delivered within a 5-week period, a feat we hope not to have to repeat!
The models in question were the HMS Beagle and the HMS Bellona.
Feedback from Southampton Boat Show 2003 We managed an improvement on last years show, which we did not expect given the success of last years show. In total, we made 170 sales in a 10-day period, and had sufficient stock on the stand for customers take their purchases with them. The order book for models took us to December 2003, in time for London Boat Show in January 2004. Feedback from London Boat Show 2003
A very successful show for us. The combination of maritime art, frames and paintings, combined with high quality nautical items and our ship models, proved to be a winning one. We were even interviewed and featured in the All at Seas Boat Show News.
As we are getting known at the shows, we are now attracting more made to order model ships from fellow exhibitors. These have so far included canal boats, catamarans and powerboats (Fairline Targa 52 and Squadron 58). ###
