
Are You a Poet or Short Story Writer - or Do You Want to Be? If you've ever wanted to try your hand at writing a short story or a poem, enter Our Mail Network's writing contest. The contests are designed to be fun and geared toward the nonprofessional writer. Entries will be accepted through Jan. 15. (PRWEB) December 17, 2003 As part of its Grand Opening, Our Mail Network announces two writing contests - a short story contest and a poetry contest. Both contests are open to anyone EXCEPT for Our Mail Network writers, editors, experts, staff, and their immediate families. Entries must be submitted by Jan. 15, and winners will be announced on Jan. 30. All poetry entries should be in English-language haiku format (three lines, 11 to 14 syllables total, free-form) and should describe the essence of an Up Close & Factual Report.
