Tasty Thyme Helps Victims of The Natural Disasters in Asia

Internet retailer Tasty Thyme is donating a dollar from every sale to the natural disaster victims in Asia.

(PRWEB) May 16, 2008 -- Internet retailer Tasty Thyme is committed to helping the earthquake and cyclone victims in Asia. Until June 30th, 2008, $1 from each sale made on Tastythyme.com will be donated to charities that provide aid to feed and shelter to the victims of these natural disasters. Tasty Thyme owner Jon Cohan states that, "we have a long standing commitment towards social responsibility. Many products we sell originate in that part of the world and we feel connected to the families impacted. This donation of a $1 per each sale is the least we could do." Tasty Thyme hopes to raise thousands of dollars for the victims as a result of a seasonal uptick in sales for Father's Day gifts. All monies donated will go to groups dedicated to feeding and clothing the affected families.

Since 2002 Tasty Thyme has provided quality gourmet food and gift items such as beer and wine making kits at reasonable prices. Tasty Thyme is currently expanding their product line to include gourmet appliances. They also have a store dedicated to gifts for men. Tasty Thyme can be found at tastythyme.com or by calling 1-866-558-4963.
