The Velvet Lounge Hosts the MSNBC Promoholics

MSNBC Anchors Lester Holt and Alex Witt displayed their musical talents at a recent holiday taping at The Velvet Lounge.

Fairfield, NJ(PRWEB) December 29 2003---MSNBC Anchors Lester Holt and Alex Witt (pictured) brought the holiday spirit to the Velvet Restaurant Lounge & Ballroom at a recent taping of the Promoholics musical group.

Taping for the Promoholics included several musically talented MSNBC staff members who performed for a holiday program aptly staged in the red velvet clad banquet ballroom within The Broccoli-Rabe Entertainment Complex in Fairfield, NJ.

Charles Johnson of Able Productions mixed the sound material while over 30 technicians and musicians were under the proficient leadership of Dave McCoy, MSNBC Director. Complete with a 5000 watt generator and a portable studio with a remote satellite truck. The holiday food preparations aimed at comforting the performers, helped were a smoothly run indication that professionalism is naturally attracted to the Velvet Restaurant. We are accustomed to professional artists and often host various performers at our banquets in addition to our weekend entertainment events." said owner, Roland Drago

The 'Velvets deliciously red velvet accents proved a perfect match for the MSNBC folks holiday taping. Roland was happy that MSNBC liked his decor, however, he missed most of the event while diligently preparing a dinner buffet for the evenings guests.
