The Miss Black Illinois USA Pageant seeks Delegates, City Directors, and Ambassadors.

Making a difference in the lives of the African American women in Illinois & the African American Community at large. We have a message of empowerment and strength to deliver, and we are looking for loud voices to help.

2004 Delegates, City Directors, & Ambassadors/Volunteers!

The Miss Black Illinois USA Pageant is starting 2004 with a bang, and we want you to be a part of it!!

The Miss Black USA Orgnaization was designed to develop, celebrate, and assist with the goals of African American women. Our aim is to give the talented African American women of Illiois a platform to influence their community while gaining statewide & national exposure. Our beleif is that African American women should be economically empowered, politically estute, spiritually centered, and civic minded.

To be eligible to compete as a 2004 Miss Black Illinois USA Delegate you must be an African-American single (unmarried) female between the ages of 18-27. You must verify that you are either a resident or in school in the state of Illinois.

Delegates will have the opportunity to compete for the official Miss Black Illinois USA title, and many great prizes! The Miss Black Illinois USA Pageant is expected take place late summer/early fall. Date will be announced soon.

We are also looking for City Directors for the state of Illinois. As an official member of the Miss Black USA Pageant system, you will receive the prestige and support which comes along with this alliance. Additionally, you will have all of the tools necessary to select a superior city titleholder.
