Tenth Grade Student Develops Computerized Testing System for Schools Sixteen-year-old Sean Schwabenlander developed a computerized testing system, called ComputerTest, designed to aid in the administration of tests for schools. Schwabenlander is a young entrepreneur aiming to revolutionize the way tests are taken and graded. Students who have used the program love the ease of use it offers. (PRWEB) January 5 2004--Sean Schwabenlander, a tenth grade student at Rivermont Collegiate, has created a test-grading program called ComputerTest for the use of teachers and students. Michele Weber, a history teacher, reports, We have had a few trial runs of this program, and it works very well." Weber also cites the program as timesaving and reliable.
ComputerTest can evaluate true or false and multiple choice test responses immediately, thus providing instant feedback to both the test taker and the teacher. The program can also administer essay questions, which are graded by the teacher.
Schwabenlander is in the process of establishing a small business called Cube Apps to distribute this program to other interested schools. Additional information is available online at http://www.cubeapps.com
Media representatives are invited to observe the administration of a test using this program, and/or meet and interview the program designer.
