One of the major concerns for businesses is how to increase their ability to attract, retain, and promote both women and men. This is a critical issue, as companies that support a culture of understanding, respect and gender equity exhibit better long-term performance. Developing an understanding of the differences in gender perspectives is the starting point for developing a gender-friendly culture.

Workshop Objectives:

•Develop awareness & knowledge about similarities and differences in gender culture/perspectives

•Understand the impact of differences on work relationships and teams

•Learn tools for improving cross-gender communication and effectiveness

•Develop a personal action plan for using new tools for greater cross-gender effectiveness
