Danney Ball, Candidate For U.S. Senate, Invites Chairman of The California Republican Party, Duf Sundheim, To Debate Precepts Of GOP - Also Asks Leaders of The Congress Of Republicans To Attend.

Candidate For The U.S. Senate Danney Ball, today invited Duf Sundheim, Chairman Of The Republican Party of California to meet him in open debate regarding the principles and bylaws of The California Republican Party.

"The party has been hijacked and moved so far to the left that Ronald Reagan would be ashamed today to call himself a member," said Ball. "This is the party of Abraham Lincoln and Barry Goldwater and my purpose in debating the leaders of this party as well as the leaders of The California Congress Of Republicans is to show them just how far to the left they have taken us", Ball continued. "Let's bring out the truth before all of our liberties are stolen right out from underneath our noses".

"Duf Sundheim says I am outside the mainstream of the GOP. I say he and these so-called centrists trying to hijack my republican party are INSIDE the mainstream of the democrat party. They have blurred the lines until the voters of California see little difference. I invite all of these leaders to reread the bylaws and precepts that are written for all to see. Let's have a debate and see just who is abiding by the tenets of this political party and who has gone astray." Ball said.

Ball suggested an open debate be televised but expressed there was little hope that the GOP Chairman would answer his challenge. "The people who are incharge of the Republican party are so afraid that a non-politician or a non-lawyer will rise up and lead the grass-roots back to a more conservative stance that they will not even admit that I am running for the U.S. Senate." said Ball.

"Ron Nehring, the head of the statewide county GOP chairmens group has been telling my loyal supporters that I am not a serious candidate to beat Barbara Boxer", said Ball. "This is simply because he is at the center of the effort to drag party loyalists into the pit of hell along with the cocktail swigging, country club wing of the Republican party. These people have the money and that is who they want to follow."

Ball continued.

"With them the special interest and casino money is king. With them the illegal alien vote is God. We will find out if Californians are going to wake up and put an end to this kind of nonsense on primary election day, March 2."
