6th Annual New York City Wine Tasting & Auction Scheduled for November 11

October 26, 1999 - The 6th Annual New York City Wine Tasting & Auction will be held

at 6:30 pm on Thursday, November 11, 1999 at the RIHGA Royal Hotel to benefit the

Kips Bay Boys & Girls Club. Honorary Co-Chairmen are Peter Morrell and

Daniel "Rusty" Staub.

The event, co-chaired by Jeffrey Pipes Guice and Ruth Morrell, will feature more than

150 premium wines, champagne and cognac from around the world with 35 wineries

represented. In addition, over 100 unique items and vintage wines will be included in a

silent/live auction beginning at 8:00 pm. Auction item donors include Cartier, Caymus

Vineyards, Francis Ford Coppola, Giambelli Italian Cuisine, The Hess Collection Winery,

Holland America Line-Westours, Iron Horse Vineyards, The Charles Krug Winery, The

Odeon, Opus One, Roederer Estate, Rosemount Estate, Simi Winery, Stag's Leap Wine

Cellars, Tiffany & Co., and Tribeca Grill, as well as many, many others.

Advance ticket purchase is $90. per person or $115. after November 9, 1999. Additional information
