LandlordMax Software Inc. continues to show how easy to use property management software should be with its latest release of LandlordMax v1.02. Building on the success of the initial release of its product, LandlordMax version 1.00, LandlordMax Software Inc. has recently launched version 1.02 which continues to provide its customers with a high quality, user friendly software, at an affordable price. In addition to being extremely easy to learn and use, LandlordMax has enhanced their product by adding many new features and functionalities. This was in done in response to its customers and potential customers suggestions from the Idea Initiative Program. Some of the new features in this version include: a landlords/owners workarea (including reports based on percentage owned) and an invoices workarea, including recurring invoices and related reports. These suggestions are sent directly to the development team through the "Idea Initiative Program", and help determine which new features will make it in the upcoming versions. This program has generated a substantial amount of feedback and based on these responses, as well as general market demand, LandlordMax Software Inc. added some of the most requested functionality and enhancements in version 1.02, as well as enhancing some of the already successful features.
Based on the Idea Initiative Program, LandlordMax version 1.02 has added two new major features to the software, a landlords/owners workarea and an invoices workarea. The landlords/owners workarea now allows users to associate building ownership with specific landlords/owners. With this new feature alone, LandlordMax now offers approximately 20 new reports including reports that can be generated based on percentage of ownership. Additionally, LandlordMax now offers the option of generating invoices which can be created manually or based on pre-existing accounting entries. It also allows the user to schedule recurring invoices, for example rent payments, to eliminate the need to re-enter the same data on a regular basis.
Being so easy to use and now with even more functionality and features, LandlordMax has won a number of awards and accolades from both the software and real estate communities. It continues to be reviewed and recommended in a number of other outlets and publications.
