Finkle & Co., a succesful Wall Street firm in the 1960's and 70's, is reopening under the leadership of the founder's grandaughter. Elizabeth (Liz) H. Finkle leads the revamped equity research and trading firm, designed to answer the needs of 21st century investor. Under the leadership of Elizabeth (Liz) H. Finkle (39), Finkle & Co. intends to answer the needs of 21st century investors, with the prestige of her grandfathers former firm with the same name. The previous Finkle & Co., led by the late David Finkle, was a successful and prominent Wall Street firm throughout the 1960s and 70s.

Liz does not lack the experience necessary to take charge of her familys namesake. After graduating from Columbia and a brief foray into acting, Liz began a 21 year history of institutional sales covering virtually every major institution on the west coast, Pacific Northwest, Denver and New York in both equities (Ladenburg Thalmann, Brean Murray) and Fixed Income (Muriel Siebert). Fittingly, during summers in high school, Liz worked for her grandfather at the original Finkle & Co.

Finkle & Co. will focus on small to mid-cap companies in emerging sectors that are not receiving sufficient coverage from large firm research departments. They will also cover larger cap companies if legitimate contrarian recommendations exist. Finally, Finkle will provide specialized coverage of developing companies in China.
