Artist John Kraft Navigates San Francisco's Lombard Street

John Kraft has recently released his painting,'San Francisco's Lombard Street', as a Limited Edition Fine Art Print.

(PRWEB) January 20 2004--Thousands of people visit San Francisco each year, and most make a point of visiting the city's most famous street, Lombard. Artists and photographers have attempted to capture the spirit of Lombard Street for years. San Francisco artist John Kraft, influenced by the works of Keith Haring, Picasso and Andy Warhol has created a new piece that captures the essence of Lombard Street while refreshingly avoiding the traditional confines of representational art.

Kraft's painting is a light-hearted celebration of the curves of Lombard Street and the wonderful homes that line the street side. "The colors are vibrant and the lines are strong", says one of the artist's fans and San Francisco resident Anne Flanagan. She adds, "You can't look at this painting without getting a big smile on your face, and when you see it you feel you must own it."

While the original painting has already been reserved for sale to one of John's regular patrons, the artist has released the piece as a limited edition fine art print, available exclusively via a dedicated webpage: http://www.johnkraft.com/lombard

John's official website, http://www.johnkraft.com , consists of a complete collection of John's artwork as well as his music.
