Fiction Writing in Antigua, Guatemala

Gladys Swan, author of seven works of fiction, will teach a workshop, "Fiction Writing / Shaping and Structuring Your Story, in Antigua, Guatemala from March 28 - April 6th.

(PRWEB) January 18 2004--Gladys Swan will teach a workshop "Fiction Writing / Shaping and Structuring Your Story" for Art Workshops of Guatemala. The workshop will be held in Antigua, a beautiful old colonial city, and a safe environment for travelers, from March 28th to April 6th. She has published two novels, CARNIVAL FOR THE GODS, in the Vintage Contemporaries Series, and GHOST DANCE: A PLAY OF VOICES, nominated for the PEN/Faulkner Award. She has published five collections of short fiction, most recently NEWS FROM THE VOLCANO, also nominated for the PEN/Faulkner Award. Her fiction has been widely anthologized.
