Garden Grove, CA (Vocus/PRWEB) April 06, 2011
San Francisco real estate agent and Victorian home specialist Bonnie Spindler will speak at the California Mortgage Bankers Association (CMBA) Second Annual Sales and Marketing Conference on April 7 in Garden Grove, California. Spindler will discuss the shift in marketing away from traditional print media to online communications.
“Due to advances in technology, all the growth in marketing is now online, especially through social media sites,” said Spindler, the San Francisco Victorian house specialist. “What’s amazing to me is how easy and inexpensive it is after the initial set-up.”
According to Spindler, prospective clients can find most businesses online by name, but there are plenty of other ways to increase web presence over the Internet. The more active a person is online, the more exposure—and the easier their “findability”. Conversely, inactivity can equate to invisibility.
Professionals can publish press releases online through services like PRWeb.com, publish articles online through services like EzineArticles.com, submit articles to niche websites like Home Buying Institute, blog on a regular basis, and participate in forums.
“Think of each action you take online as an investment in future visibility,” said Spindler. “The more investments you make, the more visible you will be to your target audience.”
