New Free Interview Guide Generator Helps Employers Avoid Discrimination During Interviews
Employers and human resources professionals can access a new free web based tool to generate printed customer interview guides for hiring. Use of a structured interview form helps employers treat all applicants in a consistent fashion to avoid claims of discriminatory interviewing practices.
