Washington, D.C. (PRWEB) February 18, 2006 -- The Human Capital Institute (HCI), a global professional association and educator in talent management strategies, and the Berkeley Center for Executive Development (CED) at the Haas School of Business, University of California, Berkeley, announced today that Dr. Frank C. Schultz, a UC Berkeley faculty member known for his research of the emerging concept of Deliberate Practice, will speak at the second program in a series of Human Capital Leadership / Berkeley Center for Executive Development events for the San Francisco area business community.

The networking breakfast event will be held on Friday, February 24, 2006, from 8:30 AM to 10:30 AM PT, on the UC campus in the Berkeley Center's Wells Fargo Room, located at 2220 Piedmont Avenue.
