Choose your sport: a triathlon along the dramatic Monterey Bay coastline; a marathon in San Francisco dedicated to women; or a cycling race from the heart of Sin City to Red Rock Canyon. Whichever you chose, The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society’s Team In Training program will give you all the support you need to cross the finish line.
Team In Training (TNT), the world’s largest endurance sports charity training program, offers professional coaching to participants of all fitness levels of all levels – from absolute beginner to advanced athlete. Additionally, TNT provides alumni mentors and your own web page for fundraising support. You also get a fabulous, activity-filled weekend at the event of your choice, the camaraderie of a supportive team and the satisfaction of knowing you’re doing it all for a great cause – to fund vital blood cancer research and patient services.
Teams are now forming to train for events this fall, including the Pacific Grove Triathlon in Monterey Bay on Sept. 7-9, 2012; the Big Kahuna Triathlon in Santa Cruz on September 9, 2012; the Mighty Mermaid Triathlon in Capitola on October 6, 2012; the Nike Women’s Marathon to Benefit The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society in San Francisco on Oct. 14, 2012; the Rock ‘n’ Roll San Jose Half Marathon in San Jose on October 7, 2012; the Marine Corps Marathon in Washington, DC on October 28, 2012; a majestic hike at Zion National Park in Utah on October 6, 2012; and the RTC 2012 Viva Bike Vegas Gran Fondo on Sept. 22, 2012.
