Internet Start-Up Adds France to its List of Countries

10KWEB announces it now has members in the European country of France. The company already has a presence in Great Britain, Germany and Italy. The membership in France came about through separate yet simultaneous recruiting efforts in Mexico and Morocco.

10KWEB Co-Founder, Anthony Martins, maintains his enthusiasm for the expansion, especially in light of the connection that already exists between the countries, saying, “seeing the connection between current and new members, you begin to see how interconnected the world really is. It is both fascinating and inspiring. I can’t wait to see where our next new member comes from and how they are connected to current 10KWEB members."

France has a population of over sixty-five million people with over fifty million of its citizens currently using the internet. France had eight point five million users when the Internet first became available in 2000. Faster and better access to the internet indicates this number will only increase as the technology becomes more readily available to everyday Internet users. France stands out among its European neighbors for continuing to show growth in Internet usage while surrounding countries are now beginning to plateau.

10KWEB was created January 2012 by Anthony Martins and Thomas Bang as an online resource for aspiring blog writers and small business owners. Their website launched on March 5th, 2012 and is currently used in the United States, Mexico, Great Britain, Germany, China, Morocco, Tunisia, Italy, France and New Zealand with more markets in development.
