Mother Teresa & Andres Serrano In Urine /Blood/Semen

For Immediate Release: June 22, 1998

Piss Teresa & ?, The Analogy"
Is that a Demon or an Angel beside Mother Teresa?

A Photo of Mother Teresa in Artists Urine, Blood, & Semen.
Along side Mother Teresa in this photo is a additional face which does not appear
on the original. What or who is it?, What does it mean?
Is it the Virgin Mary weeping?

Folk Artist Lee Thompson wanted to see what Andres Serrano would like in Urine,
Blood, & Semen. The title of this piece is Piss Serrano".

He says he wanted to make his point that Mother Teresa was one of the very few humans
who were, in his opinion, actually close to being Christ-like and that when Serrano placed
Christ in those fluids, he was doing the same to Mother Teresa. He did not count on the
controversy coming from the Mysterious Face" in the Mother Teresa Piece he said. The
title of the piece is: Piss Teresa & ?, The Analogy.

Thompson also has on display a very graphic photo titled Penis Blood". The photo is of a
Glory Hole" with blood dripping from it. A hole is made in-between two stalls in a public
restroom mens room. The hole is for men to receive oral sexual gratification from a man in
the next stall. The photo shows the aftermath of someone getting something different.
Somewhere out there is a male with what one would assume would be severe damage to
his penis. Thompson sold a 8" X 10" of Piss Serrano" on the first day he made them
available. The price is $595.00. Larger prints are available. The edition is limited to 200 of
each size. Thompson says all will be placed on a web page for viewing by the 25th of
June.

The fourth piece is a abstract painting titled Entering Auschwitz". Men are entering
Auschwitz with erections. Viagra was mixed with the paint to create the painting.

Thompson stated, I do not need more publicity, sales of my work are fine. I simply
wanted to experiment on one hand and make a few comparisons and statements on the
other. I cannot explain the strange face in the Mother Teresa piece anymore than anyone
else can. Serrano placed Christ in Urine so I wanted to see what he looked like in it. I was
extremely excited when I first viewed the photos. Artistically speaking, I think they turned
out great". The Painting of men entering Aushwitz is about Viagra".

All are worth seeing. Thompson has taken a step up. These pieces are Art".

Piss Teresa & ?, The Analogy", Piss Serrano", Penis Blood", & Entering Auschwitz".
