On-line readers of romance converge on Philadelphia, the City of Brotherly Love, for the second annual romance cyber-readers conference uniting active readers with romance authors including New York Times best-selling authors Dorothy Garlock, Jo Beverley, Mary Jo Putney and NEBULA nominee Catherine Asaro.

From author chats, to reader chats, to meeting on-line friends, Celebrate Romance 1999 is where the cyber world collides with the physical world!!! Participants will be exploring such diverse topics as "nourishing the To-Be-Read Pile", book trends, on-line shopping, collectible books, cyber communities, starting and nurturing book groups, and the state of the publishing industry.
