The Entertainment Group is a full service producer and distributor of entertainment programming, owned and operated by Linda Lewis.
With offices in Knoxville, Tennessee, T.E.G. produces home video, cable and broadcast television programming, consulting services for series television, television and home video feature films, music entertainment specials, documentary series and infomercials.
Established in 1987, The Entertainment Group has produced a variety of programming, including:
Feature Motion Pictures: "Dan Turner, Hollywood Detective", a feature-length television feature film distributed by Fries Entertainment and LBS Communications and broadcast on Fox Television Stations. "Blood Cult", "The Ripper" and "Revenge" home video feature films for United Entertainment Pictures.
Series Television: "Side By Side", fifty episodes of the ACE nominated television travel series for Cinetel Productions and The Nashville Network.
Music Entertainment Specials: "Sourdough, Beefsteak & Beans", a music special featuring America's foremost cowboy poets and songwriters, distributed by Americana Television, a division of TCI.
"Still Swingin'", a music documentary on Bob Wills and the history of Western Swing music, distributed by Liberty-VCI Home Video.
"Roger Miller - King of the Road", a biography distributed by Kultur/White Star Home Video.
Documentaries: "American Traditions", a series of interactive American history documentaries broadcast on selected PBS stations, distributed to home video, schools and libraries, and soon to be released on CD-ROM.
"A Journey Down Route 66" and "Route 66 Revisited", the best-selling, definitive videos on America's most famous highway, both hosted by author and adventurer Michael Wallis.
"Hauntings Across America" and "Haunted Places", eerily entertaining videos on America's weirdest ghosts, (Hauntings Across America) hosted by Star Trek's Michael Dorn and seen on The Learning Channel.
Other titles, including: "The Greatest Miracles On Earth", "The Psychic Connection", "Truckin'" and "Fabulous Trolleys."
Infomercials: "Eagle Mountain", half-hour informational program on a proposed Waste Disposal Station for Mine Reclamation Corp., Palm Desert, California.
