More than 1 Million Persons Charted Using OrgPublisher For Intranets (TM)

IRVING, Texas -- Dec. 2, 1999 -- TimeVision Inc., a leading provider of worldwide organizational charting software, announced today that Bank of America (NYSE:BAC), Citizen Communications (NYSE: CZN, CZNP) and Micron Electronics Inc. (NasdaqNM:MUEI) have selected OrgPublisher for Intranets (TM) to automatically create Web-based organizational charts. The agreements represent 9,500 new corporate users of OrgPublisher. To date, more than 660 companies are charting more than
1 million employees using OrgPublisher.

Bank of America, based in Charlotte, N.C., provides banking and related services throughout the Mid-Atlantic, Midwest and South. Citizen Communications, based in Stamford, Conn., operates all-digital, local exchange properties serving approximately one million access lines in 13 states: Arizona, California, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, New Mexico, New York, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Utah, West Virginia and Wisconsin.
