If you've ever wanted to be president, you'll get your chance in Pork Barrel for Macintosh. Sex scandals, terrorist attacks, hostage crises, bombs falling from the skies, the budget, the Y2K bug, and clerk Ditzmeyer converge on you. Better watch your step, because if the populace gets antsy enough, you might find a bullet whizzing past your ear. You make the decisions, and you pay the piper when the results of your choices are borne.

Pork Barrel is full of surprises. Play poker with the Big Boys. Throw darts at Saddam Hussein. Play Pork Barrel trivia. Come face to face with extraterrestrials. All work and no play makes for a grumpy president, so you'll have plenty of playtime once you're elected.

Version 1.5 offers a more user-friendly registration system, and squashes a few random bugs. You can download a fully-functional demo version of Pork Barrel from the Info-Mac Archives. The demo version gives you a 6-month presidential term rather than the four year term in the full version.
