TrialWorks Millennium Edition Offers Lawyers Advanced Case Management Software At Affordable Price

MIAMI, Florida, - Lawex Corporation, the maker of TrialWorks case management software, has released its newest program, TrialWorks Millennium Edition, which makes TrialWorks powerful and flexible enough to work effectively for firms of many different sizes.

TrialWorks Millennium Edition features easy-to-use formatting that uses file tabs replicating the file cabinets of most law firms. From depositions to discovery, correspondence to pleadings, the program provides an intuitive approach to managing cases on a day-to-day basis. The program is fully integrated with familiar Microsoft programs and is compatible with WordPerfect as well.

Firms with more than 30 users can elect to use the TrialWorks Millennium Edition MS-SQL server designated for handling a large number of users. This capability makes the software fully functional for even the largest firms.

While some other case management programs work in large office environments, typically they are priced prohibitively for smaller firms. TrialWorks pricing is based on the number of users, making it affordable for even a sole practitioner.

"We wrote the TrialWorks Millennium Edition to work for large law firms, but we also made sure that, as the program's technical sophistication grew, we could keep it priced affordably enough for small and medium-sized offices," said Robb Steinberg, Esq., who is Lawex' president and a former trial attorney.

TrialWorks Millennium Edition was also expressly written for complete Microsoft integration, including compatibility with Microsoft Office 2000. At the touch of a button, users can create documents in Microsoft Word and create calendar and task entries in Microsoft Outlook without leaving their TrialWorks screen. Additionally, data from TrialWorks can be exported to Microsoft Excel.

TrialWorks Millennium Edition has many new features including complete e-mail integration. This feature allows users to send e-mail directly from TrialWorks. "If an attorney needs to send a notice of a deposition to opposing counsel, he or she can compose an e-mail message and send it without having to switch programs, and the e-mail message is automatically filed in the appropriate TrialWorks tab.

In response to client suggestions, TrialWorks Millennium Edition also allows users to add custom fields. For instance, if an attorney wishes to keep track of the police officer on accident reports, she can add a custom field such as "police" that would track that information.

With each purchase, users receive free technical support from a team of TrialWorks case management specialists for 90 days. Subsequently, users can arrange to receive continued technical support and upgrades with the payment of an annual maintenance fee. For additional information about the TrialWorks Millennium Edition, or to receive a free demonstration CD, call Lawex Corporation at 800-377-5844, or visit their web site at www.lawex.com.
