Dielectric acquires Davicom Antenna Product Line

RAYMOND, ME-May 17, 2000-Dielectric Communications is pleased to announce the acquisition of Davicom Technologies low power FM and TV antenna product line effective immediately. This addition to Dielectrics line of antennas will enable Dielectric to better serve the product needs of the international broadcast community as well as that of the low power domestic broadcaster.

The Davicom product line consists of horizontally, vertically and circularly polarized FM antennas in addition to horizontally polarized Band III" VHF antennas.

According to Lew Kling, president of Dielectric, the addition of the Davicom antenna product line will allow us to offer a more comprehensive product line to all broadcasters, both domestic and international. As a result of the acquisition we are now prepared to offer broadcasters worldwide the full system solutions we have offered domestically for years."
