Bogus COASTERS being slapped with Cease and Desist" orders

There has been a tremendous legal battle regarding THE COASTERS name and all the knockoffs! Performing illegally, circling the globe, has been over a dozen COASTERS groups, and now it has finally come to a stop. There are now only two (2) legal COASTERS, CORNELL GUNTERS COASTERS & THE COASTERS FEATURING CARL GARDNER. Carl Gardner is the only living ORIGINAL COASTER with the legal rights to the name, and he has just completed a battle to victory that has taken him several years in the courts. These knock off groups have degraded the quality and style that THE COASTERS have been famous for and have also

deprived their loyal and the upcoming new fans of experiencing the legitimate COASTERS.
Carl and Veta Gardner have been slapping Cease and Desist Orders" on all the concerts featuring all these bogus Coasters, creating quite a havoc in the entertainment circuit.
The only other COASTERS that are legal and sanctioned by Carl Gardner are CORNELL GUNTERS COASTERS, which has been in existence since Cornell Gunter split from the Coasters and formed his own group. Cornell Gunters Coasters has maintained a quality and style that has continued to build the COASTERS popularity and notoriety.
