Charleston, South Carolina (May 27, 2000) -- Morris+Bailey Industrial Design, a product design and development company, have introduced Charleston Illustrated, an illustrated map of historic downtown Charleston.
Charleston Illustrated is unlike any other map currently available. Beautifully detailed and illustrated in three dimensions; this is the only map of Charleston to portray every structure within its boundaries, uniquely capturing the historic districts architecture and charm. The map also includes over 150 descriptive listings for historic landmarks, churches, museums and local businesses.

Author Biography:
A native of Charleston, South Carolina, John George Morris is a descendant of French Huguenots who first settled in Charles Town in the 1680s. He has a B.S. in Architecture from Clemson University, a B.S. in Environmental Design and a Masters of Industrial Design from Auburn University.
Heather Bailey grew up in Topeka, Kansas and spent three years studying Graphic Design at the University of Kansas. She has a B.A. in Comparative International Studies from the University of Washington, a B.S. in Environmental Design and a Masters of Industrial Design from Auburn University.
Together they are the husband-and --wife business partners of Morris+Bailey Industrial Design, a product design and development company. Charleston Illustrated is their first self promoted venture, however, prior work includes various product development consulting and work at Milliken and Company. They currently reside in Charleston with their dog and four cats.
