ClosingCounsel.com to offer First American Title Insurance Company web technology to help its agents connect Lenders to the Closing

First American Title Insurance Company and ClosingCounsel.com, LLC,a Wellesley based internet application service provider to the real estate settlement services industry, announced today that it has signed an agreement to offer web sites and tools to First American Title's New England attorney agents.

ClosingCounsel.com's technology will provide attorneys and title agents with web sites that allow them to connect with Lenders and other service providers, as well as their traditional client base. ClosingCounsel.com's CEO, Michael Krone, an attorney with 20 years of real estate conveyancing experience, says "most conveyancing attorneys and title agents remain the technological weak link in the real estate mortgage transaction because
they are not as web enabled as their mortgage lender clients." The web sites and services that ClosingCounsel.com offer help strengthen this link by connecting the
conveyancing attorney and title agent to the lender electronically. These services, and future products and services, are powered by a web-based application that ClosingCounsel.com has developed called
ClosingConnect.

First American, the market share leader in New England title Insurance, believes that its Agents must be web enabled in order to continue to compete in the title and
conveyancing industry. Through Lenders Advantage, First American's lender relationship division, the company will also promote ClosingCounsel.com's Web applications in order to connect lenders
with First American Agents.

Terms of the agreement have not been disclosed but both parties believe that
it constitutes one of the largest commitments of web site development in Internet History.
