W.D. (Dan) Ozley Joins Dielectric Communications

RAYMOND, ME-May 31, 2000-Dielectric Communications is pleased to announce the appointment of W.D.(Dan) Ozley as Vice President, Broadcast Sales & Marketing. According to Lew Kling, President of Dielectric, The addition of Dan will strengthen our leadership position and pave the way for our continued growth. Dan brings to Dielectric a diverse background in the industry with a demonstrated strength in international markets".

Mr. Ozley joins Dielectric after four years with Lockheed Martin Commercial Space Systems where he served as V.P. of Sales & Marketing. Previously he was Vice President of Scientific-Atlantas Satellite TV Network Division and Director of Harris Corporations Satellite Communications Division.

Mr. Ozley earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Management from Auburn University, Alabama and his Master of Science degree in Industrial Management from the University of North Dakota.
