Gold Claims to be mined!!

U.N. DOLLARS and its wholly owned subsidiary, Genesis Resource Corporation, to develop gold claims in Nevada
Letter of Intent signed with G.M.S. International, Inc.
to perform mining operations
Jacksonville, Florida -June 1, 2000 - U.N. DOLLARS (OTC: UNDR) announced today that the Company and its subsidiary, Genesis Resource Corporation (GRC), have signed a Letter of Intent with G.M.S. International, Inc. to perform mining operations on behalf of GRC on its Yukon and Rawhide claims in the Stillwater Mining District of Nevada.
Preliminary engineering studies have begun and a formal mining contract is expected to be executed within the next few weeks, after which permitting will begin.
It is anticipated that both the Yukon and Rawhide claims will be developed simultaneously. The 24 Yukon placer claims comprise over 1,400 acres and the 14 Rawhide lode claims cover 280 acres. Both claim groups are made up of unpatented claims on federal lands, and initial testing indicates considerable reserves.
U.N. DOLLARS continues to seek out potential acquisitions of other natural resources, mining ventures, and oil and gas reserves. The Company expects to announce several acquisitions during the next few months.
