Out2.com Donates Shares to Hazel M. Gulley Foundation; Donation Signals Increasing Support for Communities by Out2.com

West Palm Beach -- In a continuation of its active support for local communities, Out2.com has donated 20,000 shares of company common stock to the Hazel M. Gulley Foundation. This complements the companys active revenue sharing programs for schools and other non-profit organizations in communities throughout the United States.

We have always been committed to supporting all Out2.com communities where we publish editions," said Bob Leonard, chief executive officer of Out2.com. Many schools and organizations in these communities have registered with us and are slated to receive financial support. It is part of our goal of becoming true partners in each of the areas we serve."

Out2.com publishes online community newspapers in more than 12,000 editions throughout the United States.

The Hazel M. Gulley Foundation, based in Phoenix, Arizona, is devoted to supporting the needs of youth in communities throughout the United States and the world, to help them achieve better lives. Recent projects have ranged from providing relief in Honduras after Hurricane Mitch, to supporting the Kiwanis International Iodine Deficiency Program. It holds 501(c)(3) status and all contributions are tax deductible.

Herschel Gulley, the foundations founder, is also the president of the Mid-America Foundation. During decades of volunteer service and leadership Gulley has generated a long list of community accomplishments ranging from involvement with the United Nations to ongoing support with local ministries. In his current capacity, Gulley is able to provide support to hundreds of charitable groups throughout the country by urging community members to give to those who are truly in need.
