TRION CREATES NEW CHOICES IN LITIGATION MANAGEMENT

TRION Technologies, the premier provider of Document Management and Repository Solutions to the Legal and Commercial industries today, announced two new offerings for the litigation support community, Judicata Server V3 and Lease For Purchase Program.

Judicata Server V3, a member the Judicata.com family of litigation management tools, is now available as a licensed software product. This new release enables organizations to offer a Web Browser and Client-Server based Litigation Management tool on internal and external networks, allowing the user community to chose which style of interface best suits their needs and organizations to internally administer the system. Beyond offering a new choice to outsourcing, this trend-setting product provides unparalleled security and robust functionality that is customizable and scalable to exceed the needs of any given case, firm or corporation.

Numerous new product and architectural features are incorporated in to Judicata Server V3. For example, support has been added for multiple redaction sets, allowing litigation support managers to easily group redactions to allow productions to multiple parties to be managed in a cost efficient and expeditious manner. Architecturally, the new release now offers support for both Oracle and SQL Server databases and provides the client the freedom to support Judicata on their choice of hardware and software platforms, taking advantage of the skill sets of their organizations.

Judicata Server V3 is supported on a dedicated server system within the firms network. This complete litigation management portal is administered and controlled by internal staff with as needed" support from TRION. Custom views, batch printing, user account management, reporting, group security, and data back-up can now be managed in house" -- without unnecessary turnaround time or service fees. Options to the package include services from TRION Consulting to assist with hardware acquisition, systems integration and training. Should there be a requirement for document capture, TRION offers DCS, a third generation workflow based document capture system that loads directly into Judicata Server V3 or Document Conversion Services, a complete set of services for the capture of paper documents and electronic documents.

TRION also announced an extension to its Judicata Repository Services with the release of the Lease for Purchase Program. This new program provides clients with a low cost of entry option to explore the value of utilizing TRIONs ASP-based Judicata Repository Services with the ability, at a later date, to move their projects onto their own internal computing resources if they so desire. When this option is exercised, up to 50% of certain lease payments, dependent on volume, can apply to the purchase cost of the Judicata software licenses or other related services. The Lease for Purchase program minimizes risk while protecting investment should clients bring the functionality of Judicata inside their own organization.

We are very excited with these new offerings" said Dennis Tallerico, President and CEO of TRION Technologies, They provide the litigation support manager with un-parallel options never available before in our industry. Our clients now have the freedom and choice to utilize any combination of our products and services to meet their litigation support needs while protecting their startup and training investments while standardizing on a common feature-rich litigation support application."

TRION Technologies has been providing document management and litigation support solutions since 1992 and is headquartered in Cleveland, Ohio with offices in the Washington, DC and New York City metropolitan areas. TRION can be contacted toll free at 877-797-1555 or through the Internet at www.trion.com.
