August 29, 2000 - Las Vegas - Cenicola-Helvin Enterprises announced it has re-launched its web development division, BannerView.com, as a complete E-Business Solutions Provider (E-BSP). This comes in a move to position BannerView.com from strictly a web site developer to a web enabled technology platform provider.

Utilizing the benefits of open-source and highly scalable software, BannerView.com creates complete and affordable e-business solutions from content to community to e-commerce.
