Website Launch Introduces Business Community to High-Profile Waterview

Waterview encompasses a high-tech 24-story office tower, complementary retail and restaurants, and an adjoining 28-story hotel/condominium tower.

The Internet site is named waterviewperspective.com because the new property is being marketed as a new perspective" on prime Greater Washington office space. Located just outside the Districts borders, across the Potomac at the foot of Key Bridge, Waterviews 300-foot high towers will literally give office tenants a new visual perspective on the National Capital skyline. The sites content centers on the inter-connected benefits of this new centrally-located, mixed-use environment. When complete, the project will entail just under one million total square feet. At Waterview, international and local companies will have cutting edge offices; businesses can accommodate guests in the on-site hotel; top-level executives can commute to work by elevator from an upper-floor luxury condominium; and residents, hotel guests and office workers can shop and dine within the Waterview complex. The Rosslyn Metro station is also just two blocks away. There are also plans for a new entrance to the Rosslyn Metro station to be built on-site at Waterview.

The Waterview office tower is paid particular attention on the website, with detailed building specifications.
