The Center for Mental Health Services [http://www.mentalhealth.org] is pleased to announce the availablilty of a new service which will provide news releases via Internet electronic mail to subscribers for no charge. Subscribers will automatically receive all news releases, fact sheets and media advisories issued by the Substance Abuse and MentalHealth Services Administration (SAMHSA) and its Center for Mental Health Services (CMHS), Center for Substance Abuse Treatment (CSAT) and Center for Substance Abuse Prevention (CSAP) via e-mail.

CMHS will be implementing this new service for SAMHSA and all of its components.

Subscribing to the news release service requires entering the CMHS web site at: http://www.mentalhealth.org/newsroom/
Enter your e-mail address and click on: the "Subscribe" button.

Unsubscribing from the news release service may also be accomplished at: http://www.mentalhealth.org/newsroom/
Enter your e-mail address and click on: the "Unsubscribe" button.

In addition to the electronic news release service, SAMHSA will continue to fax releases to media outlets. SAMHSA news releases are also available on the SAMHSA web site at: http://www.samhsa.gov/press/press.htm.
