NEW YORK --- The Christophers has just published a News Note designed for young people that will also interest counselors and parents. The nonprofit organization is making a special offer to anyone who would like a copy. The publication, Teen Dating -- What You Need to Know:
· Is a message for young people from young people
· Gives practical advice and draws from real life experiences
· Reinforces positive values without preaching"
· Presents a positive view of sexuality as a gift to be treated with care
· Discusses the emotional ups and downs of dating
· Reminds young people that their value is not determined by dating

Christopher News Notes have been published since 1945 and new titles are released ten times a year. Single copies are available free of charge to anyone who would like to receive them. Twenty copies are free to educators and guidance counselors. Over 2,100 youth workers currently receive News Notes, which explore a wide range of topics that include emotional and physical health, relationships, ethics and spirituality.
