Victor, New York. Autoscan Ranger from Saelig Company can help anyone who needs to record, analyze and make sense of generated signals. The data gathered and imported into TurboView software can be used by unsophisticated operators to achieve greater productivity, more consistent quality and genuine cost savings.
Autoscan Ranger is a standalone, rugged portable data acquisition system that records and displays real-time data, with powerful tools for real-time data manipulation. It comes complete with built-in UPS and can work from a 12V vehicle battery or universal line voltage. Recording 12-bit data at 50kS/s, Autoscan Ranger will enable you to find faults before they cause unscheduled downtime, or help you to standardize process parameters.
Autoscan Ranger shows what is really happening by displaying and analyzing measured performance from up to 16 analog, 8 digital, and 2 pulse train inputs. Autoscan will allow you to analyze signals from complex plant performance down to a single specific parameter with great accuracy.
This rugged, tough, data acquisition system is designed for the most demanding of environments, such as automotive, aerospace, steel and papermaking. And yet the software is so simple and flexible - it does not require any programming. This is an important consideration when changing applications, users or performing different tasks. The lockable ABS case allows a wide choice of PC giving you both security and budget flexibility. In remote areas, Autoscan Ranger can be operated from a 12V battery, and can support a range of optional signal conditioning pods.
Autoscan Ranger is available from $7495 from Saelig Company (716-425-3753; 716-425-3835fax; saelig@aol.com; www.saelig.com).
