Former Wolfgang Puck Food Company President and CEO Joins Netlock Technologies as President and Chief Executive Officer

BREA, Calif. - October 11, 2000 -In a strategic move to better position Netlock Technologies for success, it announced today that Selwyn H. Joffe has been appointed president and chief executive officer. Netlock Technologies is a worldwide provider of highly reliable enterprise-wide security solutions, enabling organizations to keep communications safe from intrusion across global networks and within the enterprise.

Joffe was president and CEO of the Wolfgang Puck Food Company, where he was responsible for its spectacular growth in two core businesses, packaged food products and restaurants and food service. He developed the full infrastructure for the company and was responsible for increasing the value by over 1,000 percent in a five-year period. Joffe restructured the positioning of the company and was instrumental in raising over $30,000,000 in capital.
As founder, president and director of Palace Entertainment Company, an amusement park company with 18 parks and over 2,500 employees, Joffe spearheaded funding for the company with over $150,000,000 in capital. He left Palace Entertainment with record earnings and performance after implementing the corporate infrastructure to run the company.
Joffe is also chairman of the Board for Motorcar Parts and Accessories (MPA), the world's largest re-manufacturer of alternators and starters, with sales in excess of $200 million.
Joffe holds law and business degrees from Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia. He is a CPA and a member of the Georgia Bar Association.
