I WAS WRONGLY CONVICTED AND CAN PROVE IT!

I did the right thing. I got involved and the police tortured me for it!

I wont go into too many details right now but remember I HAVE PROOF of everything youre about to read. I have been falsely convicted of a crime and I have been trying to clear my name. While I was in jail the prosecutor withheld evidence that was returned to me after my release but NOW nobody cares! I have notified attorneys and the press. I have proof of my innocence AND NO ONE CARES! Its like.. "too late.. GAME OVER, you lose!" Justice IS NOT a mere game!

Remember what you are about to read happened to me despite the fact Ive never had so much as a parking ticket in over 20 years!

In a nut-shell this is the story. It is not a short story so please read all I write.

The LAPD and the Farmers Branch, Texas conspired with a rapist and abusive parents against me!

I was arrested and tortured by the LAPD. for reporting the rape and abuse of my one-time 17 year fiancé, Hollie. Her parents abused her and the 28 year old brother of her boyfriend molested her, pursued her on-line and coerced her into having sex with him. She actually believed her rapist did her a favor.

After I reported these crimes to her local Farmers Branch, Texas police department she retaliated and filed a false report against me with the LAPD. Her local police ignored the real criminals in this case and instructed her to file a report against me! And although she tried to make me out as horrible as possible Hollie still never mentioned anything that I did that was illegal. BECAUSE I NEVER DID ANYTHING ILLEGAL WITH HER. She lived 2000 miles away and I never even met her.

So without anything to arrest me on what did the LAPD do? They MANUFACTUED a crime against me committing numerous crimes themselves in the process. THEY APPROACHED ME on-line fraudulently claiming to be A 12 YEAR OLD girl in danger! Why did they come after me at all when Hollie never mentioned any crimes that I committed against her? When I acted to protect this 12 year-old they arrested me for ATTEMPTED child molestation! Why did they come after me as a 12 year old when Hollie was 17?

Thats obvious. Hollie, at 17, was barely a minor. But a 12 year old is a child. Accusations against children are much more serious and carry much more severe penalties. But still, why all this effort against someone who wasnt accused of any crime and had no criminal history? It boggles the mind but the terror had only begun.

More than a full day AFTER my arrest the cops realized their mistake. Did they apologize and release me? HELL NO!!!!!!!! They filed a 2nd false against me this time using some convoluted justification based upon Hollies complaint. If they couldve arrested me for anything Hollie claimed why didnt they do it BEFORE all that fraud they committed? Why didnt they file it at least while booking me during my arrest? Ill tell you why. They never had any intention of filing any charges based upon Hollies complaint UNTIL they realized they couldnt justify my initial arrest. They knew it would be easier to get a conviction with 2 false charges rather than just one!

After a couple of horrifying months in jail the arresting cop told my attorney that I "shouldve never seen the inside of a jail." A prosecuting forensic psychologist stated I could not have possibly committed these crimes. But the A. D. A. wouldnt let me GO!

After reading the psyche report the judge finally lowered my bail 80%! What did the prosecutor do? He saw to it a 3rd false charge, completely unrelated to the others, was filed against me JUST TO KEEP ME IN JAIL so I couldnt defend myself! DO YOU SEE THE HORROR YET? The prosecutor lied in court and withheld evidence and cared not one iota about justice or my rights. THEY WERENT LETTING ME GO before some kind of conviction no matter what!

And all this persecution against someone with absolutely NO RECORD; not even a parking ticket in over 20 years!

Im sorry this is so long but this is still just a bit of all the horrors I suffered. All of the charges were eventually dropped. Following my coerced guilty plea, after over 6 months in jail, to yet a 4th crime I didnt commit and 3 months in a mental institution AGAINST psychiatric recommendation (another illegal yet successful ploy used by the prosecutor to extend my incarceration even further) I am out and all the withheld evidence has been returned to me.

NOW I CAN PROOVE MY INNOCENCE BUT NO ONE WILL LET ME! I can not only prove my innocence but I can prove Hollies rape and her child abuse. I can prove violation of my civil and human rights, police fraud and other police crimes and prosecutor misconduct and malicious prosecution. I also have a list of about 25 REAL on-line sexual predators that no one cares about.

I did the right thing. I got involved and they tortured me for it! PLEASE HELP ME GET THE JUSTICE GARAUNTEED ME IN THE CONSTITUION!
