TORONTO, CANADA – November 14, 2000 – Paradigm Advanced Technologies, Inc. (OTCBB: PRAV) today confirmed it has settled all its outstanding lawsuits.

Triple Five financial LLC confirmed they have withdrawn their lawsuit and have reached a full and final settlement with the Company. As part of this settlement, an affiliate of Triple Five Financial LLC has agreed to invest $500,000 of their loan into equity financing in Paradigm. Triple Five Financial LLC has expressed its willingness to work closely with Paradigm to help grow its businesses.

Paradigm has also reached settlement of the claims by Pines International, Luigi Brun, Barrett Evans and Integrity Management and has obtained full releases from all these parties.
